SOCIAL STRUCTURING AND THE COLLAPSE OR “DOWN-SIZING” OF OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

The citizens of the United States have let the government get totally out of control. The voting process, which is in place to ‘control’ government, has been undermined to the point where ‘control’ is no longer in the hands of those that need to make the decision, the “majority” of the masses.

We the people,have established a controlling entity, the Federal Government, for the issuance of services to supply the masses with the needed necessities to facilitate a civil social environment. It has gotten completely out of control. The Government has been hired, through the voting process, as stewards of “our” money, to maintain a civil social environment and it is NOT working any longer. The reason for this is, “GREED”…money, or rather the acquisition of it, has become a driving force in our social environment. Along with great wealth comes great power. People have been conditioned to think the have no value….power, without money. Power comes from your “character”, the distinguishing mark or trait in our personalities, that makes us the “individual” we are. And in a society, when we combine all of those unique traits in our personalities, we define ourselves a “race”. That definition is how “we” as a city, state, or nation, are viewed by others.

The New World Order is a good thing as long as that definition is a “civil” definition. One where we care for the needs of each other and foster and nurture a caring environment where positive outcomes are revealed and set into play for a future where we can thrive.

Giving back to your community is one of the ways you can make a positive impact on our future. The problem with this is, when you intervene with others in a social setting you usually let the individuals around you into your personal life. If people DO NOT allow you to grow as an individual, and foster the traits that add to a positive future, you will not allow your social environment to grow and evolve into that positive entity that we call a “future”, thus stagmenting growth, your evolution….into something more than you are, “your” higher power.

The Internet, and the “digital” age, has allowed people to exchange personal information about individual that DID NOT intend it to be public. This is the reason why people are becoming less “social” and, in the near future, are going to cease to evolve.

Artist create things of beauty, that evoke the imagination and intrigue individuals to the point of thought, the process of thinking, which is the fuel of invention, which is the seed of evolution.

Artists are not “forced” to inspire, they have found their nitch and have a “passion” for what they do.

People that look a what they do as a chore or a job, and get paid, become “complacent“, which is self-satisfied…I will do this and get paid this much.

People that have a passion for what they do inspire those around them and become “content”, contentment is being fully fulfilled, with the things that make up your “character”, your distinguishing mark.

Doing things that you love to do, that you have a passion for, gives you everything you need to be content, fully fulfilled, thus making you a civil and productive member social environment.

When an individual is content, fully fulfilled, they are happy.

Each individual can independently add their own positive element if they are allowed to find their nitch. When individuals are allowed to find their nitch they do not look at what they are doing as a job or chore, not something they “have” to do, but something they “want” to do. They will develop a passion for what they do, hence allow for growth and evolving into something more, instead of stagmenting their growth.

If this is allowed to happen, society will be civil, because there will be no “demand”. And the amount of goods and services will be unlimited, because it will be a naturally occurring…such as the growth of a plant. If you stagment growth, such as a fruit tree, it will not produce fruits, and if it does not its fruit, it will die.

The same is true for any living entity.

People seem to associate human “fruit” as offspring or children, which is the ultimate fruit. But anything that a living entity produces, that is beneficial to the social environment that it exists in is “fruit”. Look at pollen from flowers. Without bees, it would have no benefit to the environment it is in. Anything that an individual produces that is beneficial to environment, even a social environment, is a fruit.

When there is a demand for a commodity and the supply is not sufficient to fuel that demand there becomes a issue of control. Where the supplier is being forced to produce more. This has happened in American businesses and it has been the main cause of the American jobs being sent overseas, because of labor costs. When an individual is hired as an employee. They are asked to do a specific job or produce a set amount of product, at a set wage. Raises are usually given as a “cost of living” raise. An increase in pay is rarely based on performance. Performance raises are usually given as “bonuses”.

Employment agreements became popular in business but they also are in written form, which is a binding “legal contract”, and are subject to legal interpretation, which is done between attorneys in a court of law.

This can be extremely costly and since the corporate entity, the employer, is the one with the most to gain, it is usually the entity that is at fault “IF” the agreement comes into a court of law.


If an employee applies for a job and isn’t forced to work, thus not forced to sign an employment agreement, they are more than willing to perform within the guidelines of an agreement, which is usually oral, and NOT a legally binding “written“ contract.
If an employee applies for a job and is forced to sign an employment agreement, they are more willing to perform within the guidelines of the employment agreement, if they choose to sign it. It is a legally binding “written contract”, that is enforceable in a court of law. If they choose not to sign it, it usually means it is not “mutually beneficial” and usually means the money that is being offered is not worth the employees time and effort.

Employers have lied their asses off to their employees and have caused a trust issue with the individuals that are making them money.

The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT needs to understand that the largest workforce the world has ever seen, “Generation ‘X’”, the ‘baby boomers’ that are breaking the back of the Federal Government, because of mental and more so, social “disorders”, because of lying therapist, such as mine at Urban Housing & Health, Mr. Jason Blantz, and more recently Pamela Swedlow, of the same entity. We have been diagnosed as ‘sick’, which is absolutely correct….WE ARE SICK OF WORKING FOR NOTHING.

LET ME ADD HERE THAT “SOCIAL DISORDERS”, SUCH AS THE ONE I HAVE, BORDERLINE PEROSNALITY DISORDER”, ARE CAUSED BY SOCIAL DISORDER….IF YOU CAN NOT COMPRHEND WHAT THIS MEANS START READING FROM THE TOP OF THIS PAGE AGAIN.

What “we the people” have done is took control of being “stewards” of “our” money, through the SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION, and given ourselves a job that we enjoy doing for a set amount of pay.

Companies that pay on a “piece-rate” are offering their employees an unwritten “employment agreement”, where as if production, or the amount of product, is raised or lowered, the employees wage raises or lowers, and the employee has the option to supplement their pay if needed. At times when production is lowered, they can spend less time at their jobs and seek employment, or another way, of making or saving money to adjust to their needs.

When our Government starts doing the job “we” hired them to do, and issuing the necessities that facilitate a civil environment, the people will start acting like a “civil society” and we will evolve into that higher entity…the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is tormenting our growth.

AND WE WILL DO IT OURSELVES,
OR
SIT ON YOUR FUCKING ASS UNTIL THEY DO.

I’M SMART AS A FUCKING WHIP, BUDDY.

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT SHOULD BE REQUIRED IN BUSINESS AND GOVERNED BY AN INDEPENDENT ENTITY SET UP BY WORKERS AT THAT PLACE OF BUSINESS. AND “ALL” WORKER SHOULD HAVE A VOTE AS TO THE GOVERNORS. AND ONCE A YEAR THE “EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT” SHOULD BE EDITED AS TO THE “EMPLOYEES” DISCRETION.

THIS IS UNLIKE A UNION, BECAUSE IT IS ALL “IN HOUSE”, NO OUTSIDE ENTITY, AND IF THE COMPANY WANT TO HIRE OUTSIDE THE EMPLOYEE POOL, USE THE INTERNET TO PUT THE COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS, OR THE HIRED WORKERS ON A LIST OF “DO NOT HIRE”.

TAKE BACK CONTROL OF “YOUR” MONEY, “YOUR” COMMUNITIES, AND “YOUR” JOBS.

AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE, WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS DOWN OR STOPS WORKING IT USUALLY NEEDS A LITTLE MAINTENANCE.

PEOPLE USUALLY THINK MAINTENANCE IS A LITTLE LUBRICANT, WHICH IS WHAT THE PUTTET-MASTERS USED MONEY FOR.

OUR GOVERNMENT, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, OUR SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT, NEEDS A COMPLETE “OVERHAUL”, THEN “WE” NEED TO MAINTAIN IT PROPERLY.
